Roll-Over Protective Structures (ROPS) and 
Other Initiatives to Ensure Safety.

Construction machine cabins are required to have Roll-over protective structures (ROPS) in order to protect operators in the event of rollovers. For this purpose, we conduct non-linear analysis as part of advance checking for ROPS compliance. The portions that have been identified to be susceptible to damage are reinforced or otherwise improved as appropriate to ensure the strength to meet ROPS requirements.

We use 3D CAD for more accurate information transmission and improved efficiency in design and development work. Furthermore, we perform linear analysis before applying countermeasures for portions where cracks or other defects were found during experimental evaluation.
